Description
initially released January 1st, 2024 as a collection of live sequenced "hardware jams" from the 2023 calendar year. many of these tracks can be found in their original format going back through the "Hardware Jams Facebook Group" weekend challenge YouTube streams, including the original prompt for the "jam". Using a second-hand a-frame stand inside a 2nd bedroom in our apartment as a homebase, I sequenced all of these tracks from an Roland MC-707, a Roland TR8-s and a KORG Minilogue XD live to disk as a performance on a Zoom L-12 multitrack recorder. It's not usually how I choose to record but I ended up with a nice collection after the year so I figured I would release them as a group. This was initially released with AI created art and I hated the idea of it immediately so I re-did some of it by hand for this release on Catalog.
