Jah Vinci and I are cousins related by our fathers. We first met as kids in Jamaica, then later reconnected around 2008 through what's app and social media. At the time, Jah Vinci was running with his mentor Adija Palmer, aka Vybz Kartel’s Portmore Empire, while I was making my name as a prominent Downtown NY DJ with Jasmine Solano and our group Electric Punanny.

No Sir marks me and Jah Vinci's first official collaboration of many.
