“The Outer Edge” is the first track on the infina ad nausea LP featuring my cat ambientkitty. This track is the lullaby before the spiral - a gentle sendoff into the coils of the mind. I sampled my cats meows and rearranged her purrs into a percussive pulse. infina ad nausea is a play on latin terms “ad infinitum” and “ad nauseum.” I was trying to create a phrase to describe growing sick of a false feeling of permanence, as though you're living in a never ending loop.
